Our soon to be eight year old King Charles Cavalier spaniel has been enjoying raw wild for just over two years. He’s so excited about his meals. He spins and barks in anticipation. Of course we enhance his meal with organic vegetables, Alaskan fish oil, and organic bone broth we want our, furry family member to be with us as long as possible, but more importantly it’s the quality of life that matters the most! People who meet him think he is a puppy!
My dogs love this food. This company is exceptional. I would highly recommend their product.
My puppy gobbled it down the first time I fed it cold turkey from kibble!! I feel so good to be giving him a healthy meal.
I have a 6 pound Morkie who gets an ounce of this food a day, so it's a lot of freezer storage for us in our little condo. We're probably not the typical demographic, but we want our 10 y/o dog to be healthy as she ages, so here we are with half our freezer space allocated to Buffy's food, which she loves!!
The dog food is of great quality and my dog's immune system seems to be improving along with the food and many other supplements and things we are doing. I had a problem with delivery over the holidays so we rescheduled for week after the New Year since I was not going to be around till the following week. The order got messed up because of a snowstorm in the Dallas area and was delayed for delivery till the following week. I did speak to Dave and he assured me that another order would be sent to replace it and I would not have to wait an additional week. I sent an email to make sure the order would be coming as I would be running out of food. I never heard anything back nor did I see shipping info or bank charges for the new order which was supposed to be coming. On Monday my previous order did arrive and miraculously after sitting for an entire week it was still frozen. I called to let Dave know and to see if the other order had shipped. Nobody ever answers the phone and I did not receive a call back. If I did not receive that food in good condition it appears I would have been without and no communication follow up whatsoever. Not impressed with the customer service so I can only rate a 3 out of 5. Other than that no complaints.
I guess there are two sides to every story. Leslie called and emailed and I responded telling her I would send out another box even though I was pretty sure the one that was delayed would be fine. It was packaged and labelled when she emailed and said the first one was fine. I responded to her email and not her phone call thinking that was unecessary. At least she likes the food!!
